Your goal: deliver fast, friendly, professional service that builds trust from first hello to vehicle pickup.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Welcome & assist every customer—by phone or in person—with warmth and professionalism.

  • Answer inbound calls within two rings; route messages immediately when follow-up is needed.

  • Guide intake: have customers complete info sheets; enter details; hand off to the Estimator and notify them the customer is waiting.

  • Coordinate logistics: schedule tows and communicate status with the Estimator; arrange rental cars (Enterprise/Hertz, etc.).

  • Own the paperwork: start and organize customer files, tow sheets, and required documents.

  • Process payments at delivery and provide receipts with a smile.

  • Keep the front office presentation-ready: tidy, stocked, and professional; order office supplies as needed.

  • Manage the calendar: ensure adequate Estimator coverage for customer estimates.

  • Stay calm, kind, and solution-oriented—especially with customers in distress.

  • Follow standards & policies at all times.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High school diploma/GED

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (automotive a plus, not required)

  • Confident using computers (email, calendars, basic data entry)
